'Gamze Ucar' who had  provided  private national archery team  training camps for the first time in Turkey , conduced to improve the investments  of the hotels which she gave the consultancy service. She organised  not only the national training camps but also many organisations like World Cup competition  and contributed to promotion of Antalya in the hotels which she had colaboration with. 

By showing high sufficiency  in serving the right way  by analising the needs of the trainers , administrators and the sportsman , causes the increase in the demands naturally. 

Until now  national archery training camps of  the countries like  Germany, Russia, Poland , Belgium, Belarus, Qatar, Saudi Arabia  been organised . And a special service concept had been provided to the German and Estonia teams  which had came to Turkey for both training camp and holiday.
